Web Research & Client Support Executive

Role Description The Web Research & Client Support Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Mohammadpur Thana. In this role, the executive will conduct structured web research to gather, verify, and organize data on industries, companies, and potential clients, and prepare clear summaries and reports for internal and client use.

The role involves responding to client inquiries, managing support tickets, and ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication across email, chat, and other channels. The executive will assist with client onboarding, maintain account records, and support relationship management by tracking requests, follow-ups, and feedback.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams to improve processes, monitoring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance service quality.
