📜 Terms (University Internship – Unpaid Phase Only)
📆 Duration:
Internship & Compensation Structure
Initial Phase [ Phase 01 or 1st Phase] :
3-month unpaid university internship.
Post-Internship Opportunities [ Phase 02 or 2nd phase]
Onsite Role: BDT 10,000/month - for 6 months - 8 hoours/ Daily (offered only after successful completion of the unpaid phase)
Remote Role: BDT 6,000/month - for 6 months - 8 hoours/ Daily , with potential increase to BDT 17,000–21,000/month- after total completion of total 9 months [phaase 1 & 2 ], subject to performance confirmation
Working Hours (Student-Friendly & Flexible)
6 hours per day for unpaid, for paid 8 hours daily
6 days per week
Flexible remote scheduling
Leave Policy
No additional weekly day off beyond the standard schedule
1 sick leave per month allowed (medical evidence required)
Hybrid option after review (Dhanmondi-27, Dhaka)
