Required

• Minimum 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within a multinational and matrixed organization.
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations principles, performance management practices, and Japanese labor law compliance.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Preferred

• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization, with a proactive, customer-focused, and collaborative approach.

*This position is a 12-month contract role.
