Waiter / Server

We are seeking customer-oriented and energetic Waiters / Servers to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring our guests have an exceptional and comfortable dining experience.

• Greet and escort guests to their tables with a welcoming and professional attitude.
• Present restaurant menus, answer questions about dishes, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen team promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to tables efficiently and ensure proper food presentation.
• Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and handle any special requests or complaints.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware, and clear tables after guests leave.
• Arrange bill settlements (cash/card) and hand over receipts to guests accurately.
• Maintain strict personal hygiene, grooming standards, and cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
