VP, Project Planning, Data Centers

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field from an accredited institution

• 5-8 years of direct relevant experience in construction scheduling or project controls roles

• Strong proficiency in scheduling software including Primavera P6 (P6 EPPM or P6 Professional)

• Solid understanding of critical path method (CPM) scheduling principles and techniques

• Experience developing and maintaining schedules for capital construction projects valued at $500M-$5B

• Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and project delivery processes

• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify schedule trends, risks, and performance issues

• Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presenting to project teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently with general supervision while managing multiple project assignments

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy

• Collaborative team player with ability to coordinate with diverse project stakeholders

• Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification from AACE International

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI

• Experience with mission-critical, data center, healthcare, or laboratory facility projects

• Familiarity with additional scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, Asta Powerproject, schedule analysis software)

• Knowledge of earned value management (EVM) principles and applications

• Experience with design-build, CM-at-risk, or integrated project delivery methods

• Understanding of commissioning processes and startup schedules for complex building systems

• Experience with LEED projects or sustainable construction scheduling

• Exposure to BIM 4D scheduling or visual simulation techniques

• Professional membership in AACE International, PMI, or similar organizations
