VP Program Management

• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in program management, transformation, strategy execution, operations, consulting, or related enterprise leadership roles. required
• Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple functions and interconnected workstreams.
• Experience working directly with senior executives and functional leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with disciplined execution and results orientation.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
• Demonstrated experience establishing governance and execution frameworks.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and actions.
• Experience working across business and technology organizations.

Bachelor's degree in insurance, finance, or project management from an accredited college or university required.

PMP, PgMP, MSP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar credentials are helpful but not required.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
• Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports
