About the role

The role requires a calm, courteous communication style and accurate record-keeping.

Key responsibilities
Counsel clients about visa applications, required documents, expected timelines, and tour services.
Communicate clearly by phone, online channels, and in person.
Maintain client records, application updates, follow-up schedules, and basic office documentation.
Coordinate with internal staff and external travel-service partners.
Maintain Sijda Holiday's professional corporate culture and client-service standards.
Travel with tour groups when business requirements call for it.
