Visa Processing Executive

We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and professional Visa Processing Executive who can independently manage visa files, communicate effectively with clients, maintain documentation accuracy, and ensure applications are processed efficiently and within deadlines.

• Handle visa processing for Tourist, Business, Student, and other visa categories for various countries.
• Understand client requirements and verify visa eligibility, requirements, and documentation.
• Accurately complete and submit visa application forms.
• Stay updated with Embassy and Visa Center rules, policies, and processing procedures.
• Collect, verify, organize, and prepare all necessary visa documents.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely application status updates.
• Guide clients regarding Visa Interviews, Appointments, and required preparations.
• Provide appropriate advice and solutions in cases of visa rejection, documentation issues, or other complications.
• Guide and monitor junior team members when required.
• Prepare daily Visa Processing Reports and Client Follow-up Reports.
• Maintain proper records of applications, documentation, appointments, and client communications.
