The selected candidate will play a vital role in assisting students throughout their visa processing journey.

Job Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding international student visa procedures and study abroad opportunities.

• Guide students through visa documentation, application preparation, and compliance requirements.

• Follow up regularly with ongoing student applications and maintain proper communication with students and partner institutions.

• Coordinate with universities, embassies, and relevant authorities when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of applications, visa status updates, and student files.

• Assist students in understanding admission procedures, financial requirements, and interview preparation.

• Handle inquiries professionally through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

• Work efficiently in a high-paced and target-oriented environment.

• Support the overall operations of the counseling and admissions department.
