Visa Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Visa Consultant to manage and process visa applications for the UK, Australia, Canada, and Schengen countries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Western country visa processing, strong documentation skills, and the ability to provide accurate visa guidance and professional client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel plans, visa requirements, and individual circumstances.
• Provide accurate and professional guidance regarding visa eligibility, documentation, application procedures, and submission requirements.
• Handle visa applications for UK, Australia, Canada, and Schengen countries.
• Collect, review, and verify all required documents according to the respective embassy/visa application checklist.
• Prepare complete and well-organized visa files for online and physical submission where applicable.
• Complete and submit online visa applications accurately and within the required deadlines.
• Ensure all application forms and supporting documents are accurate, consistent, and error-free.
• Identify missing, inconsistent, or insufficient documentation and coordinate with clients to resolve issues.
• Prepare clients for visa interviews and provide relevant guidance when required.
• Coordinate with clients, embassies, visa application centers, and relevant authorities when necessary.
• Track application progress and keep clients updated regarding their visa status.
• Maintain proper records of all applications, documents, submissions, and decisions.
• Handle client queries and provide timely follow-up throughout the visa processing cycle.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales/activity reports and maintain accurate application records.
• Stay updated on changes in visa rules, immigration policies, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
