About the Role

We are looking for a Visa Consultant who is confident, responsible, client-focused, and willing to learn. This position is suitable for candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales and marketing. Experience in the tourism, travel, hospitality, or visa processing sector will be considered an advantage.

We are also happy to train freshers. More than anything, we are looking for a fresh mind, a positive attitude, good communication skills, and someone who is excited to grow with us. As a young and growing team, we believe in learning together, taking initiative, and building something meaningful.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients and understand their travel and visa requirements.
• Provide accurate information regarding visa requirements, documentation, procedures, and timelines.
• Assist clients with visa applications, document preparation, and follow-ups.
• Handle client inquiries through phone, online platforms, and in-person communication.
• Follow up with prospective clients and contribute to sales and business development.
• Maintain proper records of clients, applications, and related documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Build positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on relevant visa requirements, travel regulations, and procedures.
• Support other travel-related services when required.
