INOVETIX is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team in a fully remote capacity.

This is a dependable, full-time role for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and works effectively with a distributed team. The successful candidate will be a trusted point of support, helping keep tasks moving, information accurate, and communication smooth throughout the business day.

• Respond to emails, messages, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Organize, enter, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Coordinate schedules, follow-ups, and daily task tracking.
• Prepare simple reports, summaries, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members through remote communication channels.
• Handle general administrative and back-office support tasks.
