Bachelor/Honors/Master`s degree or equivalent in any discipline
Certification in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or Animation from a reputed institute will be an advantage
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator (DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a plus)
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, timing, and sound
Practical knowledge of AI tools for video and design
