Academic Leadership & Management:
Plan and implement effective classroom management practices.
Develop, maintain, and implement curriculum standards for Preschool and Junior School
Coordinate and collaborate with teachers, parents, and stakeholders to ensure a quality educational experience.
Assist in planning and execution of both in-class and outdoor educational activities, as well as extracurricular events.
Teacher Support & Performance Evaluation:
Observe and evaluate teacher performance, providing feedback and guidance.
Prepare and submit teachers` performance reports to the principal.
Guide and train teachers and staff, supporting their professional development.
Assist in the development of student portfolios aligned with school practices.
Administrative Duties:
Assist with daily school administration and support the principal in day-to-day operations.
Take the initiative in various administrative duties as required, including organizing events and ensuring smooth school operations.
Support the preparation of the school`s annual report.
Supervise the creation of exam timetables and ensure academic activities are carried out effectively.
Student Welfare & Discipline:
Counsel students and address discipline issues as necessary.
Ensure the well-being and academic success of students through positive leadership.
Strategic Planning & Collaboration:
Assist in strategic planning and implement decisions from the organizing body.
Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and other school personnel to ensure a positive learning environment.
