Bachelor's degree in Textile, Apparel, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
15+ years of experience in Apparel & Garment Manufacturing Operations, with significant leadership experience.
Strong exposure to Bangladesh garment manufacturing.
Proven experience in managing large manufacturing units and blue-collar workforce.
Strong understanding of production planning, industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, quality systems, and supply chain.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
