Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Business, or a related discipline.
MBA will be preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Merchandising, Marketing, or Business Development within the Apparel & Garment Manufacturing industry.
Strong experience with Bangladesh apparel manufacturers and exporters.
Proven track record of acquiring and managing USA-based customers.
Strong knowledge of garment costing, product development, sourcing, and supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing processes and international buyer requirements.
Ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into sustainable business growth.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and customer account management capabilities.
Acquire new USA-based apparel customers and grow existing accounts.
Increase business volume across Jackets, Bottoms, Shirts, and Shorts.
Strengthen international buyer relationships and business partnerships.
Ensure effective coordination across merchandising, design, sourcing, production, and quality.

The Vice President – Merchandising & Marketing (Bangladesh) will drive business growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing relationships, with a strong focus on the USA market.
