Strong knowledge of garment costing, product development, sourcing, and supply chain.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Vice President - Merchandising & Marketing to drive business growth by acquiring new customers, with a strong focus on the USA market. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in the Bangladesh apparel industry and a strong network with international buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead merchandising and marketing operations for Bangladesh.
Acquire new USA-based apparel customers and expand existing relationships.
Drive business across Jackets, Bottoms, Shirts, and Shorts.
Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, and quality teams for seamless execution.
Negotiate commercial terms and manage key customer accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and optimize manufacturing capacity.
Build and lead a high-performing merchandising team.
