Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and user-centered design
Experience designing web applications, dashboards, and software systems

2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work (web/software products preferred)
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (must-have), Adobe XD, or similar
Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction design
Basic understanding of frontend concepts (HTML/CSS) for better collaboration
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience designing dashboards or SaaS products
Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards
Experience working with developers in agile environments
Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
Experience with user research or usability testing

Work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders

Design Systems & Assets

Maintain and improve UI components and design guidelines
Prepare design assets and specifications for development handoff
Ensure designs are responsive and developer-friendly

Documentation & Process

Document user flows, design decisions, and updates
Follow best design practices and accessibility standards
Support ongoing improvements for existing products
