Summary

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
Candidates with relevant professional experience may also be considered.

1–3 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, airline, visa consultancy, or related industry is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Knowledge of international destinations, tour packages, air tickets, and visa processing.
Ability to prepare customized travel itineraries.
Good negotiation, convincing, and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet browsing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Good command of English and Bengali, both written and verbal.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.

Provide professional travel consultation to clients based on their travel requirements, budget, and preferences.
Handle customer inquiries regarding tour packages, air tickets, hotels, visas, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable destinations, packages, itineraries, and travel options.
Prepare and present customized tour packages and travel itineraries.
Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries/leads into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa processing teams, and other service providers.
Assist clients with visa documentation and provide accurate information regarding visa requirements and procedures.
Manage flight reservations, hotel bookings, transportation, and other travel arrangements.
Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after their trips.
Handle customer complaints and resolve travel-related issues professionally.
Maintain customer records, booking details, payment information, and follow-up reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Stay updated on visa policies, travel regulations, destinations, airline schedules, and tourism products.
