আমরা একটি technology-enabled transportation operation-এর জন্য একজন অত্যন্ত দায়িত্বশীল, যোগাযোগে দক্ষ, দ্রুত শেখার সক্ষমতাসম্পন্ন এবং independentভাবে কাজ করতে পারেন এমন Transport Operations Executive নিয়োগ করতে চাই।
এই পদে নির্বাচিত ব্যক্তি customer request গ্রহণ, booking coordination, vehicle ও driver-related operational communication, trip management, payment-related record handling, issue resolution এবং প্রয়োজনীয় operational information maintain করার দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন।
এটি সাধারণ call-centre বা data-entry job নয়। নির্বাচিত ব্যক্তিকে একটি transportation request শুরু থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত দায়িত্ব নিয়ে পরিচালনা করতে হবে এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী customer, driver, vehicle owner, transport service provider এবং management-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করতে হবে।
