The Training Manager will collaborate with department heads, assess organizational needs, and ensure that training programs align with business objectives.

Design, develop, and implement any government, corporate and regular training programs that identified organizational needs.
Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure content relevance and alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars at different levels.
Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, surveys, and feedback, to improve program outcomes.
Develop and manage the training budget, allocating resources efficiently and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Identify, select, and manage relationships with external training vendors or consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Maintain good relationships with trainees, clients, and other stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure training programs remain cutting-edge.
