Bangladesh's largest on-demand appliance and technology after-sales service company is looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to join their Head Office team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating soft skill training programs that enhance employee performance and support business growth.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the after-sales service operations of one of the world's fastest growing Chinese smartphone manufacturers through our exclusive service partnership in Bangladesh.

Design and develop soft skills training modules, facilitator guides, and learning materials.
Deliver engaging classroom and on-the-job training for employees across service centers.
Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) as required and identify competency gaps.
Facilitate programs on various soft skills such as Effective Communication, Customer Service, Emotional Intelligence, Teamwork, Leadership, Problem-solving, and Professional Etiquette.
Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, observations, and post-training performance metrics.
Prepare training calendars, attendance records, reports, and learning analytics.
Collaborate with department heads to develop behavioral competencies aligned with business objectives.
Continuously improve training content based on operational feedback and business needs.
Maintain consistent deliverables, such as learning effectiveness, positive customer experience(from CSAT/NPS), and capacity development.
