Trainee Sales Officer

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within assigned territory.

Visit chemists, retail pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare outlets according to fixed route plans.

Identify new business opportunities, onboard new customer accounts.

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.

Understand customer requirements, deliver exceptional service standards, and resolve customer queries or complaints.

Collect accurate, SKU-wise product orders and ensure optimal stock availability across all outlets.

Coordinate seamlessly with delivery teams to ensure timely invoice processing and delivery.

Monitor product movement, handle stock shortages, and properly process returned, damaged, or near-expiry items per guidelines.

Follow up on credit payments and strictly enforce Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment terms.

Deposit all collected funds (cash, cheques, digital receipts) to the respective accounts department accurately and on time.

Maintain accurate daily sales records, route plans, and territory visit logs using digital reporting tools.

Gather real-time market intelligence regarding competitor strategies, pricing trends, and new product launches.

Comply fully with TDCL’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and standards.

Support internal/external audit requirements and assist Branch Office operations whenever operational demands arise.
