Trainee Officer - Sales

• Support sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
• Visit assigned markets regularly to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Assist in developing new customers and expanding market coverage.
• Monitor product availability, visibility, and competitor activities in the assigned territory.
• Collect and communicate market feedback, sales information, and competitor intelligence.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and product delivery.
• Follow up on customer orders, outstanding payments, and other sales-related matters.
• Prepare regular sales and market visit reports.
• Perform other sales and business development activities as assigned by management.

Training & Probation:

• 1 year probation period.
• The first 3 months will be on-the-job training covering sales operations, market management, customer handling, product knowledge, and business processes.

Confirmation:

• After successful completion of one year, Trainee Officers may be confirmed as Officer or Senior Officer, based on performance, competency, and organizational requirements.
