Coordinate day-to-day sourcing for fabric, yarn, elastics, lace, tapes, and other sewing & packing trims.
Liaise with local and international suppliers to track orders, lead times, and delivery plans.
Assist in vendor onboarding, price negotiations, and documentation review.
Ensure timely submission of quality approvals and follow up on rejections or clarifications.
Maintain trackers for price, MOQ, and supplier performance across key categories.
Develop a curated collection in collaboration with the supplier, guided by the brand’s moodboards central design team trend direction.
Based on price and quality evaluations across suppliers, create a Competitive Statement (CS) and declare a preferred supplier.
Provide data and support for internal reviews, cost analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with sourcing, design, development, and merchandising teams to meet timelines.
