This dual-role training program is designed to help you develop expertise in both Social Media Marketing Coordination and Software Project Coordination, preparing you to manage integrated digital and IT projects confidently in real-world environments.

You’ll work closely with both our Digital Marketing and Software Project Management teams, assisting in social media contents coordination, client communication, project documentation, and performance reporting.

1. Social Media Marketing Coordination

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Monitor analytics, engagement, and ad performance; prepare weekly reports.
Support creative content coordination with designers and marketing strategists.
Research trending topics, competitor activities, and content strategies.
Coordinate with clients for feedback and content approval.
