Complete and submit visa applications accurately and within deadlines.

Communicate with clients throughout the application process.

Handle visa refusal cases and provide appropriate guidance.

Maintain accurate records of client files and applications.

Ensure proper follow-up and coordination throughout the visa processing cycle.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Tourist Visa Processing.

• Strong knowledge of UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Schengen visa procedures.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Experience with visa portals and online application systems will be an advantage.
