Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and production schematics. Solid understanding of workplace safety standards, quality control protocols, and preventive maintenance. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and lead production tasks when necessary. Basic computer literacy for logging production reports and administrative documentation.
