Responsibilities: Technical Diploma in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3–7 years of experience operating and maintaining thermoforming machinery in plastic manufacturing. Strong technical expertise in thermoforming processes, equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and production schematics. Solid understanding of workplace safety standards, quality control protocols, and preventive maintenance. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and lead production tasks when necessary. Basic computer literacy for logging production reports and administrative documentation.
