What Will You Do?

As a Telesales Officer, your responsibility is selling matrimony membership packages over the phone and generating revenue.

You will:

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
• Sell online matrimony membership/subscription packages over the phone
• Take ownership of your daily and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales
• Clearly explain membership packages, pricing, features, benefits, and value to customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right membership package
• Encourage existing customers to upgrade their membership
• Follow up with customers for membership renewal
• Build strong customer relationships to increase conversion and retention
• Handle customer questions and objections confidently and turn opportunities into sales
• Maintain consistent sales productivity and contribute to overall team revenue

Your job is to call customers → understand their needs → explain the right package → handle their questions → convince them → close the sale and generate revenue.

This is a target-driven sales role, so candidates should be comfortable with calling customers, selling, following up, and working toward daily/monthly sales goals.
