Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Typing proficiency in Bangla and English (Bangla typing is a priority).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet usage).
Willingness to learn CRM software and telesales techniques.
Responsible, punctual, and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Students currently enrolled in an honors program are also encouraged to apply.
Experience
Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
Candidates with prior experience in customer support or related fields will be given preference.
Requirements
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Proficient in Google Sheets for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
Excellent verbal communication skills—able to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally over the phone.

Selection Process
Candidates shortlisted through the initial interview will undergo 5–7 days of in-person training at the office. Lunch and a daily conveyance allowance will be provided to all participants throughout the training period.
Final candidates for this position will be selected upon successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities & Context

Department: Digital Sales

Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Weekly Holiday: Friday

Key Responsibilities

Contact leads generated through Facebook advertisements, provide parents with detailed information about our product "Bigganbaksha," and convert leads into confirmed sales.
Manage outbound calls via CRM and maintain accurate, organized CRM data entry and updates.
Track sales performance and regularly update sales data in Google Sheets with precision.
Consistently meet daily and weekly call targets.
Strictly adhere to the designated sales process and maintain discipline at every stage.
Demonstrate a proactive, results-driven attitude toward achieving monthly sales targets.
