Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with 6 months of experience in customer service and call centers.
Basic computer skills and typing proficiency are required.
Freshers can also apply.
Salary and Benefits* : 12,000/- to \ 20,000/- (Negotiable)
Responsibilities for Call Center Executive:
Confirming orders with customers via phone calls and messages by providing the necessary information.
Additional Benefits:*
🕐SHIFT: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
🕐SHIFT: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
We may have to work any of the two shifts..
Salary increase based on experience.
Two festival bonuses per year.
Annual salary increment.
Continuous support from experienced staff.
Overtime should be made mandatory during seasonal business hours.
