Identify TCO of each electric and ICE truck model.
Trial of each model (IMT).
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to vehicles, electrical systems, batteries, motors, controllers, charging station and other major components.
Support the development of service centers` technical infrastructure, tools and equipment.
Monitor vehicle performance, warranty issues, service quality, and customer complaints.
Provide technical guidance and training to service engineers, technicians, and relevant teams.
Stay updated on EV technologies, ICE commercial vehicle systems, diagnostics, and industry developments.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements and applicable automotive regulations.
