Role Description The Technical Support Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based at Mohammadpur Thana. This role involves providing technical support for IoT, SMS Marketing, and IPPBX solutions, resolving user issues, and ensuring systems operate reliably. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems, responding to support tickets, guiding customers through solutions, and escalating complex issues when required. The engineer will collaborate with product and engineering teams to document recurring issues, improve support processes, and contribute to knowledge base articles. The role also includes configuring systems for new clients, performing routine checks, and maintaining clear communication with customers to ensure high service quality and satisfaction.
