Technical Support Engineer

A3 iFrame is an AI-powered website-building platform that transforms documents, written requirements, and business ideas into professional, production-ready websites.

We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Engineer who can help customers resolve technical issues, investigate platform problems, and work closely with our engineering team to improve the overall user experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers through email, chat, and online meetings
• Guide users through website generation, publishing, domain configuration, and CMS features
• Troubleshoot website, DNS, SSL, email, deployment, and integration issues
• Reproduce reported problems and document clear investigation findings
• Review application logs and escalate confirmed defects to the engineering team
• Follow up with customers until their issues are resolved
• Create user guides, FAQs, troubleshooting instructions, and short demonstration videos
• Collect customer feedback and recommend product improvements
• Support product testing and release validation when required

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in technical support, software support, QA, web development, or a similar role
• Good understanding of websites, domains, DNS, SSL, hosting, and web applications
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, databases, and browser developer tools
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Clear written and verbal communication in both Bangla and English
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Customer-focused, patient, responsible, and willing to learn

Preferred experience:

• Next.js, React, Node.js, or modern web applications
• AWS or other cloud platforms
• AI-powered software or SaaS products
• CMS platforms and website deployment
• Technical documentation, ticketing systems, or QA testing
