Conduct regular client visits to understand project requirements and identify new business opportunities.

Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
Promote the Company`s construction chemical products to developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and project owners.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Understand client project specifications and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Coordinate with the technical team regarding product demonstrations, site inspections, and application support.
Monitor ongoing projects and maintain close communication with project stakeholders.
Maintain an updated customer database and CRM records.
Prepare weekly and monthly client visit reports.
Track sales opportunities, quotations, and project status.
Recommend strategies to improve customer satisfaction and market penetration.
