Client Ownership & Follow-up

• Primary Client Contact: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients; gather requirements, manage expectations, and run regular status updates, demos, and reviews.
• Proactive Follow-up: Keep clients informed throughout the project lifecycle; escalate risks and change requests early with clear options.

Project Planning & Delivery with Engineering

• Delivery Planning: Build and maintain project plans (timeline, milestones, dependencies) and break work into epics, stories, and sprints with the engineering team.
• Execution & Unblocking: Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; remove blockers and keep priorities clear.

Management Reporting & Governance

• Leadership Visibility: Provide concise weekly plans and status to management covering progress, risks, resource needs, and decisions.
• Scope & Quality Control: Track scope, schedule, and UAT/release readiness so projects ship with controlled outcomes.
