The platform is both deeply integrated with JetBrains products and designed to work across teams, products, and environments.</p> <p>We’re now looking for an experienced <strong>Technical Project Manager</strong> to join our Project Management team and ensure the success of complex initiatives that affect all aspects of the JetBrains Platform. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of product, infrastructure, and engineering domains, closely collaborating with highly experienced teams on platform features and improvements that support JetBrains products.</p> <h3>In this role, you will:</h3> <ul> <li>Drive and coordinate initiatives for the JetBrains Platform.</li> <li>Align multiple teams and stakeholders around shared goals and timelines.</li> <li>Support planning and execution, helping teams move from ideas to delivery.</li> <li>Track progress and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.</li> <li>Help improve delivery and collaboration practices.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3>We will be happy to have you on our team if you have: </h3> <ul> <li>Experience working as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in product- or platform-focused teams.</li> <li>Ability to drive several parallel initiatives in a fast paced environment, coordinating cross-functional efforts across multiple teams. .</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills and confidence working with various types of stakeholders.</li> <li>Structured thinking, a strong focus on outcomes, and a "get it done" mindset.</li> <li>Comfort working with complex technical systems.</li> <li>Solid understanding of software development processes.</li> <li>Fluency in English.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have:</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with platform or infrastructure-related products.</li> <li>Technical background or hands-on development experience.</li> <li>Experience working with distributed teams.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why join JetBrains?</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strong base salary.
