The More Important Stuff

You're genuinely curious about how systems fit together, and you ask questions instead of guessing.
You can explain a technical decision to a non-technical client without talking down to them.
You take ownership of your projects and communicate proactively when something's off track, rather than waiting to be asked.

The Cultural Stuff
