Salary : BDT 50,000-70,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Experience : 3 – 5 Years

3 months’ probation after that job confirmation based on performance.

Mode of Job : Full-Time (10 am – 7 pm)

Workplace : Work in office

Weekend : 1 day (Friday), and alternate Saturdays

The Objective

We are looking for a Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer who thinks fast, codes efficiently, and understands how to architect a complete project from the ground up. This role requires a highly flexible mindset and taking over existing technical responsibilities. You wil not only conceptualize and build custom websites and bespoke CRMs, but you wil also take fu l ownership of maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading our existing custom WordPress plugins and legacy systems. You must be a high-velocity problem solver who leverages AI assistants and advanced development environments to multiply your output and eliminate bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities

Custom WordPress Plugin Development & Maintenance: Build robust, custom plugins from scratch and take ful ownership of our existing projects—debugging, fixing legacy code, deploying updates, and ensuring long-term stability.
Custom Platform & CRM Architecture: Lead the end-to-end development of custom websites and bespoke CRM systems. You must be able to design the database, map the system architecture, and execute the full-stack build.
High-Velocity Execution: Translate requirements into scalable solutions rapidly. We expect fast thinking and agile execution to troubleshoot issues and deploy fixes without compromising code quality or security.
Advanced Tooling Integration: Utilize advanced IDEs (VS Code, Google Anti-gravity IDE) and AI models (Claude, Gemini) daily to write, debug, and optimize code at a senior level.
Holistic Project Ownership: Take a bird’s-eye view of projects. Anticipate integration issues, plan the infrastructure, and ensure seamless data flow between front-end interfaces and back-end systems.
