Bachelor/Diploma in Computer Science from any university/ Bachelor`s degree in graphic design
Educational requirements can be considered for experienced candidates

7 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies, Call Center

Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Light room)
Expertise in doing Neck Joint, Color Correction, Ghost Mannequin, Symmetric, Manipulation, and Complex High-End Retouch
Flexible working at shifting duty (Morning, Evening & Night). Willing to do overtime duty
Be able to communicate efficiently in ENGLISH - both written and verbal
He must be an enthusiastic, proactive, disciplined and good team player
Be able to meet targets and handle a high-pressure environment.
Be able to lead and manage teams (40-50 employees)
Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to designers to improve their skills and performance
Minimum 7-8 years of proven working experience at relevant field
Minimum 2 years’ experience as Team Manager/ Sr. Team Manager

Lead and manage the graphics team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the timely delivery of projects
Need to understand client requirements and communicate with studio team members as per their guideline
Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines
Stay updated on industry trends, new design techniques, and tools to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of the graphics team.
Review and approve final designs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and project specifications.
