Job Context:
Under general assists in analyzing, maintaining, troubleshooting and enhancing large complex systems or networks consisting of a combination that may include servers, computers, Printer, UPS, Scanner LANS, Wans. Storage arrays, and the physical and logical components that integrate these systems together as an enterprise networking backbone or platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of physical (Windows server / Linux) and virtual servers (VMware)
Knowledge of various software applications
Knowledge of storage technologies and backup systems
Knowledge of various operating systems
Knowledge of created Domain Server and active directory
Ability to troubleshoot server, storage, Computer and network connectivity problems
Good experience on VMware Setup, Administration and troubleshooting
Experience with public or private cloud environments
Knowledge of system clustering and high availability
Experience on Networking Technologies
Knowledge of Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Projector, PS, PABX
