About this role

Warehouse coordination: You are the main point of contact for day-to-day operations with the EU HUB warehouse, fostering a collaborative and efficient working relationship.
Order management: You oversee the preparation of customer orders and track shipments for a diverse client base — including 3PLs, agents, distributors and subsidiaries — and set priorities.
Delivery tracking: You coordinate order pickup with carriers (EU/non-EU) and track invoicing.
Customer service: You act as a key point of contact for customer service, ensuring responsive, high-quality support, and manage order discrepancies.
Cross-functional collaboration: You maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams (Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, Demand Planning) to ensure smooth operational processes.
Inbound management: You coordinate deliveries with the US and China, freight forwarders, customs and the EU HUB warehouse, and monitor carrier invoicing.
