· Minimum 3-4 years of relevant practical experience in commercial, order processing, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations.
· Practical experience handling Local and Back-to-Back L/Cs, including L/C scrutiny, discrepancy identification, and amendment/correction procedures.
· Sound knowledge of import-export procedures, and relevant Customs activities.
· Strong knowledge of hazardous (DG) and non-hazardous (Non-DG) chemical handling.
· Proficiency in ERP, Tally, or other relevant inventory management systems.
· Understanding of Consumer Product manufacturing industry practices and supply chain operations.
· Good negotiation skills and strong Bengali and business-level English communication skills.
Receive and process Local L/C documents in accordance with company procedures and applicable customs requirements.
Prepare local procurement related documents and ensure timely submission to the Supplier.
Receive Bill of Entry Goods Declaration and Mushak documents for entitlement goods and maintain proper records.
Prepare and regularly update weekly/yearly Import & Local purchase Performance Statements.
Coordinate with Procurement, Store teams regarding materials and ensure proper documentation and acknowledgement before issuing balance RM/PM for production.
Monitor the inventory of Finished goods, RM/PM and reconcile physical/ERP records with the Register and other relevant statements.
Investigate significant discrepancies between entitlement-goods inventory and identify the root causes, and take appropriate corrective measures in coordination with concerned departments.
Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, reconciliation, and compliance related to Local Procurement and import activities.
Coordinate with relevant internal departments, banks, customs offices, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of Supply Chain related activities.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management time to time.
