Supervising daily production activities and ensure production plans and targets are achieved

Allocating manpower and production tasks according to the production schedule

Monitoring production lines, equipment, raw materials, and finished products

Ensuring products are manufactured according to approved SOPs, recipes, formulations, and specifications

Maintaining compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements

Monitoring critical production parameters such as temperature, time, weight, moisture, yield, and machine settings

Conducting regular line inspections to identify quality, safety, or operational issues

Coordinating with the Quality Assurance/Quality Control team regarding product quality and food safety issues

Ensuring proper handling, storage, and utilization of raw materials and packaging materials

Minimizing production losses, wastage, rework, downtime, and material variance

Monitoring machine performance and coordinate with the Maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance

Maintain accurate production records, batch records, checklists, and shift reports.

Investigating production problems and implement corrective and preventive actions

Ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and utensils

Training and guiding production workers on SOPs, hygiene, safety, and operational procedures

Enforcing discipline, PPE usage, personal hygiene, and safe working practices among employees

Conducting shift handovers and communicate production status, problems, and pending activities

Supporting new product trials, process improvements, and production scale-up activities

Participating in internal audits, customer audits, regulatory inspections, and food safety programs
