Supervisor/ Assistant Manager - Cash Incentive Audit

Ahsan Manzur & Co., Chartered Accountants, a reputed Chartered Accountancy Firm, is seeking a competent and career-oriented professional for the position of Supervisor – Cash Incentive Audit.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and review Cash Incentive / Export Subsidy Audit assignments in accordance with Bangladesh Bank circulars, guidelines, and applicable regulations.

• Review export and incentive-related documents, including Export LC/Contract, EXP Form, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, PRC/realization documents, B2B L/C, BTMA/Association Certificates and other supporting documents.

• Review audit working papers, calculations, observations, discrepancy statements, certificates, and reports.

• Verify eligibility, export proceeds realization, value addition, local inputs, and applicable incentive rates.

• Identify discrepancies and compliance issues and ensure proper documentation and resolution.

• Coordinate with banks, exporters, and audit teams for document collection, verification, clarification, and follow-up.

• Supervise factory/physical verification and related reporting.

• Guide and review the work of Audit Assistants/Junior Auditors and ensure timely completion of assignments.

• Report significant issues to the Manager/Partner and perform other related duties as assigned.
