KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experiencedSuccessFactors Recruiting Consultantto supportSAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition)transformation initiatives by implementing and optimizingSAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketingsolutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in talent acquisition processes, recruiting operations, candidate experience, and SuccessFactors Recruiting configuration.
This role will work closely with Talent Acquisition teams, HR leaders, business stakeholders, and project teams to design and deploy modern recruiting solutions that improve hiring efficiency, candidate engagement, and workforce planning capabilities.
Assist with data migration, validation, testing, and reconciliation activities.
Participate in system integration testing and end-to-end process validation.
Testing, Training & Deployment
Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Assist with adoption and change management activities.
5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting consulting experience.
Hands-on experience implementing and configuring:
Recruiting Management (RCM)
Recruiting Marketing (RMK)
Knowledge of SuccessFactors Onboarding and Employee Central integration.
SAP Activate methodology experience.
