We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Student Counselor with hands-on experience counseling and processing applications for Canada. The ideal candidate can guide students from the initial consultation through final visa processing, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience throughout their study abroad journey.

Job Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about suitable study options in Canada based on their academic background, financial capacity, and career goals.

• Evaluate student profiles and recommend appropriate programs and universities.

• Assist students in preparing and submitting university admission applications accurately and on time.

• Guide students through the visa documentation and application process.

• Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and university representatives.

• Stay updated on the latest admission policies, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.

• Follow up on applications and ensure smooth file processing until the visa stage.

• Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets.

• Maintain student records, application tracking, and reporting in the internal system.

• Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities organized by the company.
