Structural Prefab Technician

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution

• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Minden, LA facility (50-mile radius) will be considered for this position. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

• Experience programming fabrication equipment

• Experience operating press brake, laser, shear, turret, and measuring equipment

• Manufacturing or modular building experience

• Forklift or overhead hoist experience

• • Ability to stand for full shifts and perform bending
• and pulling with or without reasonable accommodation.
• • Ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs. repeatedly with or without reasonable accommodation.
• • Ability to use both hands to position and manipulate materials with or without reasonable accommodation.
• • Ability to work in dusty or industrial environments
• • Clear vision with or without corrective lenses
• • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• including safety eyewear and steel-toed boots
• • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• and ability to work with limited supervision
