Storekeeper / Inventory Controller

Receiving & Inspection – Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and specifications against purchase orders and delivery challans.

Inventory Management – Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory levels.

Storage & Organization – Store materials safely and systematically for easy identification and retrieval.

Issuing Materials – Issue materials to authorized departments against approved requisitions.

Stock Monitoring – Regularly check stock levels and identify shortages, excess, damaged, or expired items.

Record Keeping – Maintain stock registers, and other store documents.

Stock Verification – Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile them with system/records.

Material Handling – Ensure proper handling, safety, and preservation of all stored items.

Coordination – Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, Admin, and other departments regarding material requirements.

Reporting – Prepare regular inventory, stock movement, shortage, and damaged-item reports for management.
