Store Manager

Falgun Garmenting is looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee fabric, trims, and accessories inventory, ensuring accurate stock control and timely material availability for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, and issuance of fabric, trims, and accessories

• Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile physical inventory with system data

• Coordinate with merchandising, procurement, and production for timely material inflow

• Minimize stock discrepancies, damage, and wastage

• Ensure proper warehouse organization, safety, and FIFO/FEFO practices

• Prepare stock reports (inventory status, shortages, aging stock) for management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• 5–8 years of experience in RMG store/inventory management

• Strong knowledge of fabric, trims, and accessories used in garment manufacturing

• Proficient in ERP/inventory software and MS Excel

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
